1. Service Description

Pulso Dashboard is a marketing analytics platform that aggregates data from third-party services (including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and Google Ads) to provide unified reporting and AI-powered insights.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred without prior written consent.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without authorisation.

4. Token-Based Billing

• Pulso uses a prepaid token model for AI-powered features. Tokens are purchased in advance via Stripe.
• Each AI action (insights, analysis, content generation) consumes a specified number of tokens, visible before execution.
• Purchased tokens do not expire as long as your account remains active.
• Tokens are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to adjust token pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

5. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party platforms to Pulso:

• You authorise Pulso to access your data on those platforms in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• You remain bound by the terms of service of each connected platform.
• We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs, data availability, or service interruptions outside our control.
• Access tokens may expire and require re-authentication — we will notify you when this occurs.

6. AI-Generated Content

• Insights and recommendations generated by Pulso's AI features are provided for informational purposes only.
• AI outputs should not be considered professional marketing, financial, or legal advice.
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before acting on it.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, design, algorithms, and proprietary technology comprising Pulso Dashboard are the intellectual property of Pulso Analytics Limited. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Your data remains your property. We claim no ownership over the marketing data, content, or analytics you process through Pulso.

8. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulso Analytics Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time from your Settings panel or by contacting us.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.
• Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases and your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
