Data Deletion

Pulso Dashboard respects your right to control your data. You can request complete deletion of your data at any time using any of the methods below.

How to Request Data Deletion

Via Email
Send a request to matias@pulsodashboard.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and the email address associated with your Pulso account. We will process your request within 30 days.

Via Dashboard Settings
Log in to Pulso Dashboard → go to Settings → scroll to the Account section → click "Delete Account". This will immediately begin the data deletion process.

Via Facebook/Instagram
You can also remove Pulso's access directly from your Facebook settings: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → find "Pulso Dashboard" → Remove. This revokes our access token but does not delete data already stored. Contact us to complete deletion.

What Gets Deleted

When you request data deletion, we remove:

Immediately:

• All third-party access tokens (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google)

• Active session data

Within 30 days:

• Account credentials and profile information

• Stored analytics data and AI-generated insights

• Configuration and settings

• Usage logs and token transaction history

• All data stored in our database associated with your account

Note: Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Make sure to export any data you need before submitting your request. Unused token balances are forfeited upon account deletion.

Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your data deletion has been completed. If you have not received confirmation within 30 days, please contact us at matias@pulsodashboard.com.
